Jason Wereley, CEO of E-3, has worked in the water and wastewater field since 1998. His career began with the Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board Wastewater Treatment Plant as an operator, before joining a local engineering firm. Jason coordinated and implemented the start-up of the first two membrane filtration plants in North Idaho for Gozzer Ranch and the City of Dover.
 

As owner and operator of E-3 Consulting, Jason has worked across Idaho and Eastern Washington assisting large and small communities with plant start-up, system evaluation and operation, maintenance, regulatory requirements and negotiation, staff training, and more. Jason believes in a hands-on approach that effectively teaches operators to run the system on their own.
